Billboard 200, as well as #9 on the Top Heatseekers Chart and #20 on the Top Independent Albums chart. The full length Wires…and the Concept of Breathing was released in May 2008. Michael “Jag” Jagmin, formerly of Odd Project, replaced Blake for vocals. Jordan Blake left the band around December of 2007 to pursue other musical interests as well as problems and a sense of tension with other members in the band. Following this the group toured with Four Letter Lie, Blessthefall, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Greeley Estates, Oh Sleeper, The Black Out, Alesana, Before Their Eyes, Dance Gavin Dance, Pierce the Veil, and From First to Last. Their debut EP, She Watched the Sky, was released early in 2007 on Tragic Hero. A Skylit Drive’s members all met while attending Lodi High School in Lodi, CA.
